The hotel's location is great for exploring Ramsbottom with friendly staff, but the rooms were below standard and in need of maintenance. The dining experience was lacking, although the hotel offered some nice amenities. Overall, decent value for money but with room for improvement.

My room, number 3, was so run down with a dirty carpet and dusty skirting boards. The bedding was all pulled back, and the throw had stains. Not up to my standards.
